Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, subject to the conditions below.

The buyer pays return shipping. We cover return shipping, or send a replacement, if we sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect.

Conditions

The sticker should be unused and in the condition you received it, in the original packaging where practicable.
These are print-on-demand UV DTF stickers. A return can be refused when the issue is not a defect, damage in transit, or our error (wrong item, wrong design, or a manufacturing fault).
Original shipping fees are not refunded, except when we are at fault.

To start a return, email the address on your order confirmation with the order number and the reason. We reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.

After we receive and approve the return, the refund goes back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original if it is eligible, then place a new order.
